Maintenance

The main aim of the maintenance projects is to insure the accurate operation of the telecommunication equipments with no problems. There are two types of maintenance the first is the environmental maintenance and the second is the radio equipment maintenance. Every type of maintenance is support with two types of services the first is the preventive maintenance; it is a visit to the site once every six months to check the activities performance in the site and make any needed modifications. The second type is the corrective maintenance; it is the visits to the site as a result of an error or a problem in it, this service is open 24 hours per day & 7 days per week. The error must be fixed within 48 hours for the major ones & within 72 hours for minor errors.

The error is received by the call center and recorded, the call center then gives the problem to the team to fix it. After fixing the error a confirmation is sent to the client with the work done and a daily report is sent to the client on the next morning with all problems’ time and the solutions’ time. Another report is sent every week containing the errors with its time and date and whether it’s solved or not and the time of solution. A third report is sent every month including all the maintenance done throughout the previous month. These reports insure the quality and precision of the maintenance procedures.
